4-H Camp Wyomoco is looking for YOU! Summer, Spring or Fall, you can hike, swim, fish, study nature or loll around --- by renting the facilities at 4-H Camp Wyomoco located on Buffalo Road near Varysburg. There are 280 acres of woods and fields, a three-acre pond for swimming and fishing, hills, and level fields.
 
4-H Camp Wyomoco is available for rent by any responsible group.
4-H membership is not required to be eligible for renting. With overnight accommodations for up to 190 people, including sleeping quarters, kitchen and dining facilities, indoor and outdoor activity spaces, restrooms, and a three-acre pond for swimming canoeing and fishing, we’re sure to have just what you need. Don’t need the entire facility? We can customize a package just for you.
Groups wishing to rent the camp must pay a reservation fee of 50% of the minimum rental (to be applied to the rent) for the period desired, and sign a written agreement covering the use of the camp, provide a certificate of insurance and security deposit. (Please note that 4-H Camp Wyomoco requires a minimum $200.00 fee to rent the facility.) For more information or to schedule your rentals today, contact the 4-H Camp Manager at 585-786-2251!
Comprehensive General Liability rental groups must provide coverage with a minimum combined single limit per occurrence of $1,000,000.00. If the general liability is from a policy of insurance commonly known as Business Owners Policy (BOP), the Certificate must indicate that the liability insurance provided under the BOP is primary for this event.

Facilities
Groups may rent the entire camp facility for a cost of $1,100.00 per day. Smaller groups may rent portions of the camp based on their needs. The schedule below provides information regarding rental of individual facilities at camp. Minimum facility rental fee is $200.00.

Staff on Site
Rental groups may choose to have camp staff on-site to address any particular concerns. Groups renting the facility for extended stays may be required to enlist the services of a camp director or camp nurse. Groups renting the pond are required to have lifeguards on site. 4-H Camp Wyomoco is able to provide lifeguards at the rates specified below. Rental groups may choose to provide their own lifeguards, provided that they meet the minimum qualifications stated below.

- Lifeguards are contracted for a minimum of three hours.
- 2 lifeguards on duty for the first 25 bathers.
- Additional lifeguard ($12/hour) required for each additional 25 swimmers.
- Rental groups must provide one adult (18 or older) to supervise each 25 bathers.
- Rental groups may use their own lifeguards if they meet New York State Department of Health and 4-H Camp Wyomoco requirements (e.g. WSI, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Waterfront Lifeguard)
4-H Camp Wyomoco provides a caretaker to open and close the premises and to be on call in case of emergency. Renting groups are expected to use reasonable care and caution in the use of property and equipment and are responsible for all damages.

- Meal reservations must be placed three weeks prior to arriving at 4-H Camp Wyomoco.
- Programs are to provide a description in writing of special meal requirements to the Cornell Cooperative Extension Office three weeks prior to arriving at 4-H Camp Wyomoco.
- Programs will be charged for the number of people eating meals OR for the reserved number, whichever is higher.
- An additional charge may be required for specially requested meals and extra large helpings.
4-H Rates
4-H rental rates are $5.00 per person per night for the facilities listed below.
Facilities: Limited facilities are available at these discounted rates for 4-H clubs. If additional facilities are needed we can custom build a program to fit your groups needs.

Damage Deposit
All rentals require a $100 damage deposit in the form of a separate check made payable to “4-H Camp Wyomoco”. The deposit will be returned when the camp is found in satisfactory condition and free of any and all damages.
