We, at 4-H Camp Wyomoco, promise to continue providing our Wyomoco traditions while making updates to the program and facility.  Campers can look forward to campfires, carnivals, dances, jailbreak, girl games and trips to the gorge.  Campers will also see improvements in our facilities and new programs.

As you read more about Wyomoco, please take note that we provide a strong program of traditional camping activities.  We strive to meet the needs of all children.  We have activities in the areas of sports, performing arts, visual arts, horseback riding, and nature/science. Campers can also choose to take part in our specialty camps for a part of the day.

Our camp philosophy is based on three strong threads that, like braids in a rope, when woven together are stronger still.  The first is Safety.  We pride ourselves in our safety record and strictly follow guidelines given to us by the Health Department. The second is Fun.  Everyone has fun at Wyomoco, whether you are a camper, staff or camp director.  The third thread is Education and Learning.  We want our campers to take knowledge with them that they can use for the rest of their lives, whether it’s a skill, leadership abilities, or getting along with others.

We are proud of our fine staff.  Much of our 'Core Staff Leadership' have been at camp for over 18 years and is made up of teachers and parents. Our main staff is made up of fine young people, many of whom are former campers, from all over the area, all over the United States and from around the world. Our staff goes through a rigorous application and interview process and a background check before being hired.

The rolling hills of Wyoming County provide a fantastic setting for camp.  There is no better place with our wooded trails, pond, creek/gorge, and great people.  We hope that you will join us this summer for a great experience at 4-H Camp Wyomoco.

Camp WYOMOCO is located at 2780 Buffalo Road in Varysburg, New York 14167
