Deposits
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $50, must accompany your application for each week at camp. A separate application is required for each week of camp and for each camper. If using a campership (campership amounts vary from county to county), which reduces the balance to less than $50, pay the balance only.
Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee. This fee, in addition to the camp fee, must then be paid by money order.
The balance must be paid in full three weeks before your camper comes to camp. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your reservation for camp!
You will receive a parent's handbook after the registration form has been processed. The Parent's Handbook will contain your balance due, the required health form to be completed and signed by your physician and all other information concerning what the camper needs to bring to camp.
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Wyoming County handles all registrations.

Camp Refund Policy
Before the start of camp: If a doctor’s certificate is provided stating that the camper is unable to attend camp because of illness or injury, the camp fee, minus the deposit, will be refunded. A letter from a principal or other school official is required for campers who cancel out of a week because they have to attend summer school. The balance, minus the deposit, will be refunded.
During camp: If the camp nurse and the camp director decide that a camper should be sent home for medical reasons, a refund for the balance of the camp period will be made at a rate of 1/6 of camp fee, minus deposit, computed as of noon each day.
No fees will be refunded less than three weeks prior to the day that the camper is to start camp. No refunds will be given if a camper leaves because of homesickness or is expelled for violation of camp rules. Under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded.
